1.白鲢处理好、斩块,放盐、胡椒粉、料酒抓上劲,腌十分钟左右。

2.红薯淀粉用水泡发;

小窍门&温馨提示
应选用红薯淀粉,比平常码鱼的量要多;炸鱼勿过长,外皮结硬壳即可。
